A whole new approach to recruiting nurses
Like most hospitals, Stockholm’s Danderyd Hospital has long had major problems recruiting nurses. We were tasked with reviewing the hospital’s employer branding strategy and finding new ways to attract nurses to work at the hospital. The campaign we developed was displayed in the Stockholm underground and on social media. Not only did the campaign generate considerable attention and a jump in recruitment, it also strengthened existing staff loyalty and reduced staff turnover.
